“Our trips to the RMH are always great. It feels like a homecoming, the staff here and our friends here, they are like a 2nd family. Maya loves it, we love it. I see the hope in the eyes of the team at MSKCC and the staff here at the RMH NYC that seeing Maya doing so well brings .
And then there is Barbara “Funtimes” who I was pretty sure was about to be tackled down to the ground by 3 “old timers” on the middle of a very busy corner of 1st & 73rd when Maya, Kieran & Brice spotted her coming with a bag of goodies for them. Yup….not sure how I managed to get all this stuff in 1 suitcase and Maya’s carry-on, but as she would say…it’s magic!”
